Natalie is a wellness and lifestyle mentor with roots as a outdoor educator/guide. She founded Natalie Jackson Wellness in 2020, which combines the wisdom of Ayurveda and behavioral science to help people connect back with their body's natural rhythm through self-care habits. With over 15+ years of leading youth and adults on outdoor adventures, offering retreats like this light up her soul the most.
Amanda Meyer
Amanda is a master's-level social worker and yoga teacher with over 500 hours of training, specializing in trauma-sensitive yoga. Her approach weaves together mindfulness, movement, and connection to create supportive spaces for self-discovery and empowerment. She is also an artist and the creator behind Wild Ones Design Co, where she channels her love and creativity into meaningful art and design.
