About the Experience
This is an opportunity to unplug; to refuel and be inspired. To deeply explore and share our hearts as empowered women. And in a more virtual and busy world, it's more important than ever to connect to ourselves, each other and the earth.
It's for those who are seeking an opportunity to step away from their normal day-to-day lives.
It's for women who crave a balance of transformative, facilitated group experiences as well as the option for solitude; for meaningful conversations, relaxation along Lake Superior, hiking in the woods and letting loose around the campfire and dancing.
It's for those who are craving an opportunity to feel revived - surrounded by nature and in the company of incredible women.
Flow and Structure
The retreat will begin the afternoon of Friday, July, 19.
Over the course of the upcoming days, we will come together during heart-filling facilitated experiences centered on the topics of wellness, body movement, mindfulness, joy, laughter, relaxation, letting go, and self-discovery and action.
We we wrap up the experience late morning Sunday, July 21.
Once your arrive onsite the afternoon of Friday, July 19, you'll first set up your tent (we can help!) and get a lay of the land. From there, everything will be taken care - farm fresh meals, nearby bathrooms, hand washing station, drinking water and an indoor space if it rains.
The Venue
The retreat will be held at Agate Acres Farm - a magical 60 acre CSA vegetable + flower farm & wedding venue nestled in the forest 5 miles inland from Lake Superior in Two Harbors, Minnesota. Just 30 minutes up the shore from Duluth.
A large portion of the ingredients in the meals provided will be from the farm.
Accommodations
Agate Acres provides a sense of home with nature - offering camping style accommodations nestled in the trees and creek, with nearby bathrooms and a short distance to your parked car.
Bring your camping tent! There is a big, open grassy (mowed) field behind the farm and away from the road with a fire pit in the middle. We'll be creating a tent city!
