Who do you help?

I work with individuals who are seeking to improve their overall well-being. Who know a quick fix, strict diet, or intense workout are NOT the answer.

What exactly is a Health Coach?

A health coach is a supportive mentor and wellness expert who helps you achieve your health goals—such as improved nutrition, body recomposition, digestive issues, skin, stress management, mindset, or sleep—through personalized, actionable lifestyle changes.

I help you "close the gap" between what you say you want and following through.

I'm a perfect addition to your medical team OR a stand alone support person. Note I don't diagnose conditions or prescribe medications.

When are the live 1:1 calls?

Individual coaching calls are 2x a month by appointment. You schedule on a Wednesday or Thursday every other week.

How will we communicate during the week?

I use a free app called What's App. Here we can send texts, audio messages, or pictures between 1:1 calls for continuous accountability. It's a convenient way to have me in your back pocket!

How long do I have access?

Once you purchase, you will have 3 months of access to me. All digital resources and Wellness Plan are yours forever.

Is this a subscription?

No, this is not a subscription. You can either pay in full or pay 3 monthly payments for 3 months of guidance. 

Is this refundable?

Payments are non-refundable.
